As Designers we have been able to perform, architectural, civil, and structural and earthquake engineering drawing upon an experienced staff licensed in all the aforementioned fields. CES has also carried out multi-million dollar construction projects in both buildings and highways. We are licensed as a Class A general contractor in Virginia. Furthermore, with our licensed architects and engineers we work with clients to develop a project that fits their needs, lifestyle and budget. We include both design and construction services in one company, and offer our clients a practical alternative to the difficult process of choosing separate design and construction companies.
